They are bound by the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents and the Code of Conduct for Licensed Immigration Advisers.

These Terms & Conditions as well as the services provided by Visapath PTY LTD to users of this website on the basis of an engagement via this website are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
All advisory and visa services ordered through this website are subject to separate service agreements entered into with the customer and provided to the customer via email upon engagement.
